At approximately 6 AM UTC, a portion of Cloud Transcoder instances running in our London region experienced a connectivity failure causing transcoding to be disrupted. The underlying issue has been mitigated and all affected transcoders are back online. Engineering work is ongoing to improve the robustness of stream origin resolution in the transcoder to prevent this from recurring.
