Unexpected issues have been encountered by our engineering team as we deployed this update, resulting in approximately 28 minutes of downtime to the website and API. We are postponing the remainder of the maintenance while we work to reinforce platform stability and analyze the issues that arose during the deployment.

On Sept 30th at 10 PM Eastern (02:00 UTC on Oct 1), we will be performing a brief upgrade to our platform which may result in Analytics being unavailable for up to 30 minutes. We expect the downtime of Analytics to be under 5 minutes. The Control Panel and API may also be unavailable for about 1 minute. No action is required on your part.
No impact is expected on the Streaming Network. Listener and broadcaster traffic are handled by systems outside of those undergoing maintenance.
We are performing this maintenance to deploy new features, upgrade the performance of Analytics, and apply essential security updates. News about the new features will follow via the blog and our mailing list.
