We have received reports of issues connecting to our Frankfurt ingest servers (ingest-fra.radiomast.io). We have identified a DNS issue caused by recent maintenance to the region, and we have applied a fix to restore connectivity to the affected servers. Broadcasters establishing new connections to the Frankfurt ingest region may have connections refused until an updated DNS record propagates. Existing connections are not affected.
If you are experiencing issues connecting, you may expedite the DNS update by attempting to flush your OS's DNS cache or work around the issue by updating your encoder to connect to a different region temporarily. We recommend ingest-ams.radiomast.io as the next closest region.
