At approximately 10:30 am Eastern Time, we identified and resolved an issue causing a subset of Cloud Transcoders hosted in our New York datacenter region to be unavailable. Service to affected transcoders was resolved at that time. We apologize for the impact of this incident on affected streams and will be working to prevent recurrence and improve response time of tooling for automatically detecting service health degradation for Cloud Transcoders.
