Los Angeles Streaming Network Disruption
Incident Report for Radio Mast
Resolved
At approximately 3:10 PM ET / 12:10 PT, we received reports of looping or chopping audio on a subset of streams received by listeners served by our LA streaming region. We immediately shifted broadcaster and listener traffic to other regions to mitigate the issue while we investigated the root cause.

We have since identified a software issue that caused a temporary loss of network connectivity for listeners on a subset of streams in this region. A period of anomalous traffic on the affected streams was observed from 2:10 PM ET to 3:40 PM and attributed to this issue.

We have collected diagnostic data and are working to address the underlying software issue. In the meantime, we have increased our monitoring to detect any future recurrence and will keep listener traffic shifted away from the affected region as a mitigation until the underlying issue is fully resolved.

We apologize for the impact this had on our broadcaster and listeners in the region. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact support.
