Between 8:20 AM ET and 8:51 AM ET, some requests to the Radio Mast API were failing due to a network partition impacting our live listener statistics service. Live listener counts and Icecast-compatible status pages were also unavailable during this time period. The network partition has been resolved and the API is serving traffic normally again.
Historical listener statistics, Analytics, and the Streaming Network were unaffected by this.
We are working to better understand the root cause of the network issue and will also be taking steps to improve the resilience of our APIs during unavailability of our internal live listener statistics service. We apologize for the impact this had on our API users and broadcasters viewing their dashboards, and we'll do our best to prevent it from happening again.
