We have resolved a networking issue primarily affecting our website and API. Between approximately 4:08 AM and 4:30 AM Eastern Time, our website experienced several periods of inaccessibility, where requests would time out. We identified and resolved a networking issue related to our primary datastore which caused this outage.
Impacted services included the website, API, Analytics, and Stream Monitoring. No impact on the Streaming Network was observed.
We apologize for the impact of this incident and will be working to fully understand all the circumstances that led to this issue and prevent a recurrence.
